Becky Lachcik - Orthodontic Assistant

I assist both our doctors with all aspects of our patients' care. Our patients are wonderful people and I really enjoy getting to know them while they're in our office. We have a wonderful staff and doctors who are very family-oriented. We all want our patients to have a lot of fun while they're here. My husband's name is TJ and we have two children, Kennedi and Clay. I love scrap booking, watching NASCAR, and spending time with my family and friends.

Angela Kolb - Marketing Coordinator

I take care of everything to do with marketing our practice. Currently, I do not have patients scheduled into my day but I do get to complete all the fun things that our patients like from the contest and drawings to other marketing materials they get to take home. When I walk through the office and see a patient enjoying the contest that I just put out, it makes me really happy! I also love being able to see the before and after results and how it improves one's self-esteem! My husband, Jeff, and I have a daughter named Audrey, a son named Jack, which was just born on July 23, 2010, and one cat named Beatrice (aka: Be Be). I love to bike ride around Bay City, garden in my yard, play cards, and hang out with family and friends in my spare time.

Wendy Verhaeghe - New Patient Coordinator

I greet our patients when they visit our office for their orthodontic exam with Dr. Dale or Dr. Lisa. Doctor and I answer any questions they may have about the proposed orthodontic treatment and I schedule the starting appointments. My favorite office thing is seeing the before and after photos of our patients! You can tell how much we enjoy life here and we make it fun to come into our office! I love spending time with my great family and my two dogs, Trumbull and Teddie. My favorite outside of the office thing to do is SHOP! But I also love to work at charity events and hang out with my family and friends.

Ilene Sentz - Patient Flow Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant

I oversee the flow in the clinic to achieve the best efficiency and patient care. I also order supplies, train orthodontic assistants new to the office, and assist the doctors in patient care. I like to visit with patients to see how school is going and what fun events are going on in their lives. I like to show them their starting photos to show them how great their smile is looking, cheering them on to the end. Dr. Dale and Dr. Lisa are awesome! They are great at what they do and they share their knowledge with us so we can also understand the magic of orthodontics. I love spending time with my husband, Dennis, our children, and our grandchildren. I enjoy sewing, knitting, and camping.

Debbie McCann - Financial Coordinator

I set up financial and insurance arrangements and help our patients with any questions they may have. There never seems to be a dull moment here and our office is always full of laughter and fun. My husband's name is Frank and we have two sons, Scott and Kevin, a dog named Quincy, and two cats, Pudge and Murry. I love camping, volunteering with the Auburn Food Pantry, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends.

Kirsten Smith - Scheduling Coordinator and Front Office

I make sure our office and front desk runs smoothly for our doctors. I greet patients when they come in for appointments and help to make their orthodontic experience as convenient as possible. We help create beautiful smiles and that is very satisfying! Our staff is very family-oriented and we try to make your visits fun! My husband's name is Matt and we have two children, Elizabeth and Joshua, and a house full of animals. I love anything that takes me outside whether it is hiking, traveling, swimming, or biking. I also like to foster unwanted dogs and find new, loving homes for them.

Lisa Sanderson - Lab Technician

When a patient gets their braces off I get to go over their treatment and show them the before and after photos, explaining all the wonderful changes they have accomplished. I then explain to them how important it is that they wear their retainers, that they are now entering probably the most critical phase of treatment. We all love to see our patients' smiles and confidence shine! I have a husband, Ken, two sons, Kenny and Chris, and a daughter named Emily, as well as two dogs and two cats. I enjoy spending my time quilting, gardening, canning, cooking, and camping with my family.

Amanda Gehringer - Orthodontic Assistant, RDA

I assist both our doctors chairside with all our patients' orthodontic care. I love to interact with my patients by talking to them and finding out what their interests are. Every patient is different and it is fun to find out what makes them unique! I love to see the amazing transformations that take place throughout orthodontic treatment and to see the confidence our patients get from a great smile! I have a miniature Schnauzer named Chewbacca and I am a huge Star Wars fan. I also enjoy playing golf, running, reading, playing video games, and working in my garden.

Emily Grant - Orthodontic Assistant, RDA

I recently graduated from Delta College with a Dental Assisting degree. I am new at Davis & Davis and am very excited about expanding my knowledge of orthodontics. I find it very exciting to see the transformation of our patients' smiles during their time with us. Each patient has a different personality, keeping each day interesting and fun. I enjoy getting to know each patient and encouraging them to keep up good home care.

My husband's name is Chris and we recently moved to Saginaw from Chesaning. When I'm not in the office I enjoy painting, scrap booking, running, outdoors, and hanging out with family and friends. I am also a youth group leader at Christ Lutheran Church.
