This year, Dr. Dale will once again be attending the annual American Association of Orthodontists session. In the past, we have taken our entire staff to a conference as well as to other locations for continuing education. As this is a distant location in Hawaii, this year, only Dr. Dale will be attending.

This year, Dr. Dale will be a speaker in multiple states, teaching other orthodontists about the Carriere® Distalizer™ appliance and Invisalign®, and he will likely spend some time with those companies as an advocate for their revolutionary products.

Dr. Dale usually attends as many seminars for continuing education as he able, and he also spends a great deal of time at conferences discussing what other orthodontists are doing to achieve the best results with patients and how they manage their practices for the best customer service, which adds value to the patients and their families.

Sometimes, this adds as much value to the American Association of Orthodontists Annual Sessions as it does for the continuing education our team receives. So, this year, Dr. Dale is looking forward to Honolulu and all that it will add to the benefit of his patients and Davis and Davis Orthodontics. AND… Dr. Dale won’t mind taking in some sunshine while he’s there!

Our local United Way Volunteer Center recruits up to 2,000 volunteers each year including Dr. Lisa this past year. It supports 25 community organizations with more than $4.1 million in community giving and the priceless donation of community members’ time and talents. Midland offers an exemplary education, as evidenced by Expansion Management magazine’s ranking Midland Public Schools in the top 17% of school districts nationwide for 2007. All four of Drs. Davis’ children are busy with extrachoricular activities outsid of school such as piano, lacrosse, yoga, debate team, basketball which Dr. Dale helps coach. In the summer the Davis family enjoy watching Mid-Michigan’s only minor league baseball team, the Great Lakes Loons at Dow Diamond stadium which is a great place for games and special events all year ’round.
